Ninjas can vary in attributes and skills depending on their build.
The quest starts in Amatsu with the NPC "Kagemetsu".
You must infiltrate the Amatsu castle without being seen by the shinobis.
Talk to the gatekeeper, and he will expel you for not wearing the uniform.
Talk to "Kagemetsu" again, and he will temporarily transform you into a "Shinobi".
Now go talk to "Haruno", then return to "Kagemetsu".
Step by Step
1 - Talking to Kagemetsu
Talk to the NPC to start the quest.

Talk to Kagemetsu and say "I want to become a Ninja
2 - Infiltrating the Castle
You must follow the arrows on the ground that will lead you to the target NPC.
Be careful with the Shinobis along the way. If they see you, you’ll have to start all over again.

Follow the coordinates and talk to the castle NPC. He will expel you, and you’ll need to talk to Kagemetsu again.
3 - Talking to Haruno
After speaking with Haruno, he will congratulate you for your success and take you back to Kagemetsu.

Talk to Haruno after the infiltration.
4 - Reporting to Kagemetsu

Report how the infiltration went, and he will congratulate you — and you will officially become a Ninja.
Skills

Shuriken Mastery
Increases the ATK of the {Skill_523}, {Skill_524}, and {Skill_525} skills by {SkillLevel*3}.

Throw Shuriken
Throws a shuriken to deal ({100+SkillLevel*3}% of ATK) physical damage at range, ignoring the target's dodge.

Throw Kunai
Throws a Kunai to deal ({100*SkillLevel}% of ATK) physical ranged range.

Throw Huuma Shuriken
Throws a Huuma Shuriken at the target, hitting opponents around it (3x3 area from level 1 to level 3 and 5x5 area at level 4 and 5). Deals multiple hits to targets, 3 hits at levels 1 and 2, 4 hits at levels 3 and 4 and 5 hits at level 5. Deals damage equivalent to {SkillLevel*250}% of ATK

Turn Tatami
Uses the tatami to deal ({100+SkillLevel*10}% of ATK) damage to nearby targets and push them back 5 cells, blocking ranged physical damage for the next 3 seconds.

Skin Change
Allows you to retreat 7 cells to block ranged or melee physical damage. Level 1 and 2 blocks 1 attack, level 3 and 4 blocks 2 attacks, and level 5 blocks 3 attacks.

Fake Image
While {Skill_543} is active, conjures a false image, allowing you to block a number of ranged or melee physical attacks (1 attack per 2 skill levels).

Ninja Expertise
While immobile, regenerates SP ({SkillLevel*3}) every 10 seconds. The regeneration rate increases with the user's SP.

Flaming Petals
Throws cherry blossom petals ({SkillLevel}) to deal 90% magic damage per petal to the target. Increasing the skill level adds more petals to the attack.

Flame Shield
Summons flames around you to protect yourself, knocking back enemies that come close and dealing 50% MATK magic damage. Leveling up the skill increases the number of hits the shield can deal.

Explosive Dragon
Summons the great flame dragon. Deals ({150+SkillLevel*150}%) Fire magic damage to the target and surrounding opponents within 5x5 cells.

Freezing Spear
Raises frozen spears to deal 70% magic damage per spear to the target. Number of spears {SkillLevel*2}.

Big Snowflake
Drops a huge block of ice from the sky, dealing {150+SkillLevel*150}% Water property magic damage in 7x7 cells around the user.

Wind Blade
Compresses air to generate gusts of sharp wind, dealing 150% of MTK Wind property magic damage. The higher the skill level, the more wind blades will be thrown.

Electric discharge
Unleashes three thunderbolts at the target area, dealing {100+5*SkillLevel}% Wind magic damage to nearby targets.

Cutting Breeze
Concentrates a massive gale in the palm of your hand. Deals {100+SkillLevel}% Wind magic damage to the target and all nearby opponents in a line.

Ninja Aura
Accumulates energy to improve STR and INT {SkillLevel}, as well as allowing the casting of False Image and Deadly Strike.

Heart of the storm
At max mastery level after using {Skill_541}, for the next 60 seconds you gain +22% ASPD and when casting {Skill_540} there is a 12% chance to auto-cast {Electric discharge}.
